Metronidazole (Flagyl)
Generic name: Metronidazole
Uses: Antibiotics used to treat infection (eg, H.Pylori/ C.diff / Trichomoniasis)
-Teach the pt for abstain completely from alcohol during and 48 hrs after therapy
(Avoid alcohol products including alcohol based mouth wash, aftershave, deodrant)
-Watch for HA, n/v, facial flushing, abd cramping if a pt consumed alcohol during therapy
-May cause unpleasant metalic taste
-May changing urine color (eg, brownish urine)
-Mother should wait until 3days after last dose of drug to resume breast feeding
Cephalosporins (Cephalexin/Cefuroxime/Cefdinir/ Cefepime)
Generic and Trade name: Cephalexin (Keflex)
Cefuroxime (Ceftin, zinacef)
Cefdinir
Cefepime (Maxipine)
Uses:
Cephalexin used for treatment of upper&lower resp.infection/UTI/skin,bone infection
Cefuroxime used for lower resp.infection/UTI/skin,bone infection/meningitis
-Watch for: rash, hypersensitivity reaction, diarrhea, nephrotoxicity
-Do not give for pts who has hx of allergiy to penicillin
-Monitor renal and hepatic studies ( cefuroxime may increase BUN & Creatine
水曜日は子供のオンラインクラスの宿題が多いので忙しい。
音楽の宿題なんてお手上げ状態です・・。
宿題を終わらせた後は息子のスイミングクラスもあるので
水曜日はいつもバッタバタ。
なので夕食は簡単にできるカレーライスになることが
ほぼ決定な水曜日。
でも息子、カレーが嫌いなので毎週水曜文句言ってる。
カレー嫌いな子供っているんですね！
アタシは子供の頃、カレーが食卓にあがると嬉しかったけどなぁ。
梅酒カップが冷蔵庫の中で長い間ほっとかれていました・・。
今夜飲みます！
